My name is Ien and I'm a product designer who weaves data and user research into his work.
I started my career at Accenture, delivering data science solutions, before moving to OCBC to design customer experiences in investing, insurance, and sustainability.
Outside of work, I love riding my bicycle, cooking, savouring soup, and finding ways to compensate for my colour deficiency.
